Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Four80.
Last updated 18 September 2026
These terms govern your use of Four80, operated by Courageous Spirits Ltd (“Four80”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use Four80 on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
01The service
Four80 collects the tasks you agree to across your meetings, calls, email, calendar and voice notes, then prioritises and schedules them. We provide the service on a subscription basis and improve it over time; features may be added, changed or removed.
02Your account
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the activity under it. You must give accurate information and be old enough to enter a contract in your country. You must not share your account or let anyone use it who is not authorised.
03Connected accounts
When you connect an email, calendar or meeting account, you authorise Four80 to access it for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to connect that account. You can disconnect any source at any time, which revokes our access and stops further reading of it.
04Trial and payment
Four80 is offered with a free trial. If you continue after the trial, or subscribe directly, you pay the fee shown at checkout (currently £14.99 per month, or per seat per month for teams), billed in advance through Stripe. Fees exclude taxes unless stated. You can cancel at any time and your subscription runs to the end of the paid period; we do not give pro-rata refunds for partial periods except where the law requires. We will give notice before any price change affecting you.
05Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Four80 to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
- connect an account you are not entitled to access;
- attempt to breach, probe or disrupt the service or its security, or access other users’ data;
- resell or provide the service to a third party except as expressly permitted;
- reverse-engineer the service except to the extent the law allows.
06Your content
You keep all rights in your tasks and the content you connect. You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service for you — to read, process and store that content to produce your tasks and drafts, as described in the Privacy Policy. Anything Four80 drafts for you (a reply, a proposal) is yours to use; you are responsible for reviewing it before you send it.
07AI-generated drafts
Four80 uses AI to draft and prepare tasks. AI can be wrong. Drafts are suggestions for you to check, not finished work sent on your behalf — nothing is sent or actioned without your explicit confirmation. You are responsible for anything you choose to send or act on.
08Availability
We work to keep Four80 available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend it for maintenance, and we may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
09Liability
Four80 is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
10Ending the agreement
You may stop using Four80 and close your account at any time. On closure we delete your account and content in line with the Privacy Policy. These terms end when your account closes, except for the provisions that by their nature survive (such as liability and governing law).
11Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the service changes and will revise the date above; for material changes we will give notice. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Questions: privacy@four80.ai.
